Once we eliminate the problem, we will use exclusion methods to make sure other pests do not enter in the same way.


The only way to take care of a raccoon problem is to trap and remove the animal. Raccoon’s become pests when:

  • Sick and rabid raccoon’s get near your home
  • Raccoon’s live and nest in the attic or chimney
  • They enter garages and steal pet food or bird seed
  • They scare people or alarm pets


Opossums are dirty, have a strong odor, have large droppings and carry parasites and diseases. They eat anything including garbage and road kill. Opossums become a pest problem when:

  • They have invaded a home, attic, porch or shed
  • They are harassing pets
  • They enter garages and steal pet food


Squirrels are members of the rodent family .Squirrels like to live in attics and soffits. They find small openings and will chew a wider hole to gain access to your home. Squirrels can cause a fire hazards in the home by chewing on power lines. Squirrels leave behind droppings and urine in the attic and the smell will attract new squirrels
